The Oscar Braun Foundation was created by Oscar Braun more than ten years ago to pursue his vision of a world where all people, regardless of geography, background or economic status, enjoy and employ the full range of their talents and abilities. Oscar Braun, believes that strategic investments in the right people with the right technology can lead to effective social innovation.

The Foundation is an international nonprofit organization with the mission to reduce poverty and enable change in developing nations through social innovation and the use of information technology.

The foundation awards the majority of its grants to U.S. 501(c)(3) organizations and other tax-exempt organizations around the world identified by our staff. Grantees and partners then work with beneficiaries in the field.
